About Us

Allied Horsemanship is a non-profit for equine assisted activity programs, offering equine assisted activities and services to people in the community with special needs. We serve individuals (adults, youth, and veterans) diagnosed with disabilities and challenges such as autism, cerebral palsy, depression, Down's syndrome, stroke, traumatic brain injury, visual impairment, PTSD, ADD, and ADHD. Benefits of equine assisted activities (EAA) include improvement of balance, coordination, flexibility, cognitive abilities, enhanced communication, improvement of self-awareness, and sense of accomplishment.
