Villa Louis Tea
le Goûter chez Madame Dousman 11:30am – 2:30pm, reservations needed. Join us for a tea with Mrs. Dousman and learn about the women who lived and worked at Villa Louis. The tea will be served in the 1851 stone Brisbois Warehouse and includes a talk by public historian Mary Elise Antoine on her research for her newly published book, An Elegant Edifice The Women Who Forged a Legacy at Villa Louis. The tea includes a special tour of the 1837 Brisbois House with special objects from the collection related to the women featured in the book. Please note this tour is not accessible with several stairs and includes walking between various buildings.
